If you’re seeking to tap into your artistic
side, the Creative Arts Center in Chatham
offers workshops for adults and children in
painting, drawing, pottery, and jewelry. With
exhibit space, it’s also home to several shows
throughout the year that allows the public to
view contemporary pieces made by some of
the region’s top artists. The center’s annual
Festival of the Arts, held in mid-August, features
the work of 120 fine artisans and crafters in a
variety of mediums.
The Cape offers a variety of one-of-a-kind
experiences, including a renowned musical
organ unlike any in the world. Located at the
Church of the Transfiguration in Orleans,
the St. Cecilia Organ is comprised of 18
